You know when you think there is no way you can get out of a rut and stay out of it? Well I felt and thought that last September...until i met the Meta Burn Team. Since September, i have lost 20 pounds and have kept it off for almost 3 months. This has never happened before...my success is due to the combination of nutrition and training i received from the most compassionate, genuine coaches I have ever met. Amazing, amazing, amazing! I started my journey in September at 46 years old. I have (with the help of the awesome coaches) completely transformed my body. I am strong, and have so much self confidence!!! I am down almost 30 pounds and am in the best shape of my life. Call TODAY!

After having three boys in four years, my body went through a lot. On top of it, I had gestational diabetes and really wanted to lose the weight before I turn 40 in October. I saw the Metaburn ad and then looked to see who knew them and heard how awesome they were. I needed it and I needed the motivation, the diet, and the support that they give. I have lost 15 lbs and have 15 to go.... Its hard with three boys under three to work out, but they make it work for me. Nicest guys in the world! It's down to earth and not like a meat factory gym. I so appreciate the whole experience!!!

So... here I am going into my sixth week at MetaBurn. I feel amazing for several reasons. Some reasons are visible to all, like fitting back in my "too small" clothes, and being injury free which allows me to do more physically. What many will never know, is the change in my mindset. Only my hubbie noticed that. I went from being a 49 year old woman who found herself in that "change of life" place.... focusing all my energy on all the things I could not do physically, clothes I would never fit into again, feeling forced into having to be "an older woman" before I was mentally ready. I now feel positive, in control of my destiny, and physically capable to do whatever I decide to do. Nobody is going to tell me that a middle age spread is my destiny (oh, you get a belly... oh your hips spread..., etc). I will decide that! I am able to run again, thanks to the strength I'm building. I am happy, oh so happy! Can't wait to see what turning fifty will look and feel like for me!:)
