I had some minor dents and scratches on my Versa that needed to be repaired. Paul and his gang are the best. Paul is courteous , professional and engages the customer ,he was clear in his estimate and also creates a trust that places the customer at ease. The customer is number one ,Paul realizes these repair(s) are an investment so he is thorough on his estimate , never rushes the customer , and listens to the customer while imparting his expertise .

Paul knows his business.He is patient, informative and exudes confidence .He likes his job and it shows in the end product .He not only met my expectations he exceeded them. The experience I had was outstanding and I would recommend Merit to all who might ask ,and those who don't .

After hitting another vehicle accidentally and damaging my SVU, Paul at Merit Auto Body was extremely accommodating. He took my car right away and it was fixed in no time. Not only was it fast, you would never know the car was hit, it looked brand new!! I was so pleased, I know I can always count on this auto body shop to provide quality service.

Merit did a great job on my daughter's car. Emily smashed up the front of her Civic while not even moving that fast - but to the point that the support frames were bent. Paul and his team straightened everything out and now the cars looks (and works) just like when it was new. But the best part is the dedication Paul had to getting her back on the road. He was available for the insurance adjuster's schedule and ordered the parts right away. From the time we brought the car in and the work was done was three days. Emily needed the car for a trip she was taking and Paul had it ready when he said he would. Really friendly, great person and shop to work with. We were so happy with the work that we had Merit also replace the back bumper, which had nothing to do with the recent accident - and of course that came out perfect too.

I brought my BMW coupe to Merit on a friend's recommendation after I had gotten into a fender bender. Paul was very helpful, as he took care of all details - from dealing with the insurance adjuster and contacting the rental car company, to keeping me updated throughout the entire time my car was in the shop. The work done by Paul and his staff was quite impressive. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up the car to see that it was in showroom condition - much nicer than even before the accident.
Although I'd rather not have to bring my car in for body work, I'm glad that I can rely on Paul and his team at Merit to provide quality and hassle-free work whenever needed.
