They advertise it as a smoke free luxury building...
That's a total lie.... Hallways and my apartment smells like weed on daily basis. ..I'm trying to fight with this issue since i moved in. GOOD LUCK TO GET IN CONTACT WITH MANAGEMENT!!!
They don't give out their phone number, and don't respond to the emails. The online portal is only good to pay for rent, forget about it if you need any help.
Those are only few out of many problems
STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDING!!!! I NEVER HAD WORST MANAGEMENT .

When we initially moved it we were in love. That honeymoon phase ended quickly. This building was built to quickly and not well at all.
Winter hit and our unit was FREEZING! Had the heat set to 80 degrees the entire time making it bearable to live in - mind you i have a 4 year old son. Our bill was $250 every month! When this was brought to someone attention, we were told "this is a normal rate" -- umm no its not.
After about the third property manager - we thought we found a good one. The garage was insulated which is what was causing our unit to be cold in the first place, and the doors with terrible security were fixed.
And than we moved out - finally! But, there was no direction on what to do with dropping off keys etc. I emailed the property manager multiple times and ended up just having to show up there to drop off my keys. The apartment was never inspected after we left as promised and its been 2 months now and I'm still waiting for my security deposit. Every time i reach out i get an answer from some different saying that its "being processed" -- what does that even mean? I want my money!
Do yourself a favor - don't move in here!

I moved in this August. Loved the apartment so far.
There were some problems at the beginning of the move in, but with the help of the property manager Jim, the problem was quickly resolved. Several dryers were broken last month, but are already fixed now. I do not agree with some of the comments saying that the manage is poor, or at least it is not poor to me.
I really like the apartment layout, where you can enter the bathroom from both the living room and the bedroom. The Kitchen is big and equipped with new equipment. The stainless faucets are nice.
My apt is facing the public library and during the Halloween I enjoyed the fireworks of Rahway City just at my window. It is quiet and peaceful when you look out the window.
Some negative experiences:
They charge $75 if you lock yourself out. Although it is indeed stated in the contract, I think it is really overpriced and mean.
There is no disposal in the kitchen sink which is not convenient for someone likes to cook (like me).
The AC units are becoming noisy and loud for the third month.
Overall, it is a good place to live even though the price is a little high for me.

My Fiance and I moved out at exactly one year. We lived on the first floor. The Building is nice and well kept. Unfortuantely, I would hear the dropping of the weights from in the Gym all day long. I complained and complained for a year straight; all they did was put up a sign. For $1800 per month rent, we didnt have any peace. The laundryroom would often go out of service because the machines would mafunction. We often heard dogs barking. Once they didnt notify us that they would be testing alarm;6:30 pm on a sunday evening everyone ran out of their apartments because we thought it was a real fire. I would not recommend anyone live there, especially if you have children. They raised the rent about $100. They were always doing maintenance in the garage, so even though you pay 50 per spot a month, you often have to park outside. When they did maintenence work you heard it inside of the apartment. I couldnt wait to move. The diswasher didnt work properly. I would have to keep the heater unit at about 80 degrees or higher in the winter because the apartment would be freezing. Which had our electricity bill at $250 a month. Once again, I couldnt wait to move.

Unprofessional, unresponsive, overpriced and poorly managed. Emphasis on the last point. Apparantly building management has been renting out parking owned by the city of Rahway. I did some digging and spoke with the city. They assured me that they had no right to rent out those spaces. Price is unjustifiably high. Recently they raised rates on washers and dryers. Very poor apartment building. May look nice at first glance but offers hardly any amenities to justify the price. Broken glass has been in the parking lot for months now. No lights outside at night... the list goes on...
In conclusion: do not move here. Not worth it at all!!!!
