I would give this place 0 stars, but one girl have my mom a good experience so I should be fair. On Wednesday afternoon at 3 I decided to get a manicure and pedicure here for my college graduation Thirsday morning. The girl who did my nails was absolutely unprofessional. While doing my toes, she cut my big toe and keep stabbing it. I figured it was a one time mistake, everyone has been nicked while doing their nails at some point. Then, we moved over to my finger nails. This is where the real problem lies. She was on her phone checking her texts and still trying to work. She ended up cutting my middle finger on my right hand and it bled profusely for 40 minutes. She then tried blaming me, but not knowing I understood Spanish she told the other nail technicians that she messed up and was worried. I was incredibly frustrated as she didn't even clean the dirt from my nails. That is not a manicure. She had an attitude from the moment she started and made me feel uncomfortable the whole time. After 40 minutes of my figure bleeding, I decided to just give up and go home to put some neosporin on it and pray it didn't get infected (as her nails were disgustingly dirty and I refused to let her touch me anymore) we asked for the owner but was told that they were not present. My aunt noticed she didn't clean the dirt under my fingernails as well and the technician gave her an attitude and said "I'll do it now if it's a problem". I said thank you & decided to leave. While walking out, the girl ran over and literally got on her knees to try and fix a mistake she'd made on my toes. I asked her to stop and walked out. One nail technician apologized on her behalf, but no one offered a discoun, offered to help her stop the bleeding, etc. My nails for my college graduation looked disgusting with a big gash and now two days later are already chipped. I will NEVER go there again.
