Very very awful company...these people are rip offs ...they care nothing about the patient..just the insurance money.They hold my daughter in their computer and she can not get another vendor because of them..I have never had any problem like this before...they are very lied and gives you all kinds of misleading information. If you are a smart person you would avoid these money sharks at all cost.Their diapers,liners and under pads are of very poor quality..and they refuse to change them saying it is because of the insurance. I will put a law suit against this company .i am very sorry i have became involved with these scam problem. .they are a total rip off...heartless theives

They make a lot of mistakes. You must check invoice against items received.
