When it was time for us to open our pet grooming business we had Merchant Industry send a tech rep over to help us with our electronic sales transactions. We needed to accept credit cards at our location and also remotely, The rep knew exactly what we needed, showed us how it worked and helped us to get started in the right direction.

I would like to thank you for the prompt and courteous assistance I received from you as soon as I called to inquire the merchant services. Almost all of my income is reliant on the ability to accept Visa and MasterCard and until I was able to offer my clients credit card payments, my income stream came to a halt. It was a great relief to have you completely resolve the daunting task of becoming a merchant and get my business back up and running!
