Spoke with a sales rep and told him what my merchants fees were. He said I was paying way too much and quoted a ridiculously low number. After I signed up with Merchant Bank Card I instantly started paying 2-3x what I was paying previously.
Never received a credit card terminal. Cancelled account, but they still take money out of my bank account. I do not trust them.
Update: Merchant bank card is still taking money out of my bank account even though I cancelled my account two months ago.

Highly recommend Merchant Bankcard! I was dealing with another company (US Transcorp) when I opened my business. They have very high fees, horrible customer service, and getting my funds deposited was always an issue. Since switching to Merchant Bankcard, I have not had the first issue. My funds are available the next day, amazing customer service and their fees are the lowest I have found from anyone. Could not be happier! Highly recommend to all businesses and especially new businesses that are not aware of their options. You will not be disappointed.

Great company! was very helpful when selecting a cc terminal for our new business. I think this company is being confused with other companies with similar names. This company explained everything and gave me the best rate. I would recommend

i spoke with bank card Rep Thompson, he was really professional and walked me through the entire process. He also spoke to me about any "hidden fees" that came with agreement so everything was clear when it came time to commit to any arrangements. I am actually impressed and relieved that this is one less thing i have to worry about thanks to merchant bank card. I would recommend them its okay( just as I did) to ask questions but this is a good company . Thanks again
