Went to this dealership in January. Had a good experience and nice test drive. Salesperson told us he would call us after MLK weekend with best offer. Never called and didn't return THREE calls. Went back to dealership (it's convenient) to speak with manager and perhaps purchase a car. He was very concerned about us not getting call back and told us he'd give us his best salesperson. Met with that person who really didn't know the options on the car we were looking at (so what does the sport package include?). We had to look it up in the brochure to show him to confirm. Anyway, he tells us a price. Hmmm...a little out of our range. Can you do better? He walks around the dealership for a minute and comes back and says no, that's our best offer. Really? Who takes the first offer??? No negotiation at all? It wasn't a great price based on our research. I subsequently contacted a leasing company who can provide the same car at $40 less/ month. Perhaps we aren't the MB type of customer? Not sure why they didn't take us seriously. I mean, we did have our BMW in the parking lot and told them we're considering mb for a replacement.I guess we aren't the MB type of customer. Going back to BMW dealer. What a waste of time.

Besides the fact that's it's mercedes, Nothing. I came in to buy a car ,sat down with someone and went thru the motions, gave a deposit and was told that they'll contact me, a guy did contact asking what exactly was I looking for after I told him he said he would get back to me ,it's been a month now and nothing. I returned for a refund thinking that maybe they'll try and keep me as a customer but instead he's drinking his coffee and told me to come back monday. I'm now gonna take my business to a different brand, customers service is very important.

Parts department is awesome!!!! Especially Tommy Ho, he is the best. He will go above and beyond to serve customers. Not to forget José.

I worked with their new sales manager William Berardino who saved me about $60 per month vs Manhattan on my new E350. Go there if you want to have a great experience with people who know what they're doing. It only took about 2 hours total and there were no surprises. They handled all the paperwork before I arrived and after I signed up they went over all the features of the new vehicle. I've already recommended a few friends looking at new vehicles to drive a little further and go to MB Brooklyn!
