After MANY unappreciated lies from my internet salesman, I requested that Carla Nurse take over the deal and she obliged. I am compelled to share how efficient, courteous and diligent Mrs. Nurse was. She literally restored my faith in purchasing. I strongly suggest you see her. Thank you is not enough, but it is all I have... special shout out to Greg (demo) and Patrick (finance)....

Brought in my G-Wagon with a number of items beyond the service "B" that I had booked. Louis DeMarco was amazing -- taking care of my laundry list of items, providing info within minutes and getting me a shuttle to my office (in the crazy NYC snow piles) in less than 5 minutes. The only thing faster would have been a helicopter. I can't say I get that kind of attention to detail anywhere else in the Tri-State area! Thanks Mercedes-Benz Manhattan -- you've got a level of service and care that's so aligned with my timing!

Brought in a car for inspection. Was promptly offered to buy $900 worth of prepaid maintenance: sell, sell, sell. Of course I declined. Later in the day received a call from the service advisor that two repairs were needed on the car: sell, sell, sell. Of course I declined those as well. When I came in to pick up the car, I asked him how much those repairs would cost. He casually replied "$600 or 700". I asked for a written confirmation that those repairs were needed along with cost estimates so that I could get a second opinion and shop around the cost if I decided to proceed. I am yet to hear from the service advisor.

The car passed the inspection without a hitch of course.

It has always been well-maintained and most recent check (three months ago) showed no problems.

Unneeded auto repairs is one of the most frequent scams in US.

I wanted to take the time to let you know about Felicity Callas. She has been nothing but helpful ,Courteous very respectful to me and trust me I know I can be a handful. I recently bought in my ML550 which needed servicing of which she helped me out very much. She advised me about the maintenance plan Mercedes offered of which I took .She followed up with me which was a good thing. Not many service reps do so . She know how am when it comes to this vehicle. You have an exceptional worker there. Keep up the good work.
