My friend and I came here for a break from the heat during KCON this year, and we're really hungry. As soon as we walked in the door one of the servers asked us to move tables but was not polite about it. Then, we waited literally for 25 mins for our waitress to come by to take our drink orders. The restaurant was not terribly busy, I feel as though there were more than enough servers so that wait time was ridiculous. However, once she had arrived she was super nice and ensured that our food came out quickly. And I really appreciated that we were given a pitcher of cold water (because I'm known to down about 3 full glasses within the first 15 mins). The layout is pretty nice, I liked the bar setup away from the tables, as well as the downstairs area option for large parties of people.
My friend ordered a margarita pizza, which she says was good. I had mozzarella sticks and buffalo wings...the mozerella sticks were really good, the cheese was the softest I've ever eaten. But the marinara sauce was gross. I'm used to it being somewhat sweet, while this sauce tasted like plain sautéed tomates from a can. The wings had a nice heat flavor to them, but I couldn't eat them because they were cold and extremely salty, I'm not sure if that's from the Buffalo sauce or if they were heavily seasoned....I would've liked to enjoy my food but I didn't.

Connected to Novelty Burgers. Good quick lunch. Very clean, very customer service oriented. Cheeseburgers are great!

Mercato and a new burger joint share the space around the corner from Prudential Center in Newark and this spot is a pretty good choice for before or after events there. The seating for both, pizza upstairs and burgers downstairs, though you can order from either menu at either, is pretty expansive, so there isn’t much of a wait even at peak times. Service is pretty friendly and was very apologetic about a really short wait while a table was bussed. The beer selection isn’t bad for the casual food setting and includes a craft or two and some Sam Adams choices. The menu is abbreviated while events are taking place so they can ensure they can get you in and out quickly and not miss the start. It’s still fairly large though with multiple appetizers, burgers, and pizza choices. The wings were ok, but largely average and a little soggy with sauce that wasn’t much beyond Frank’s. There was a slight crisp on the skin from the oven which was appreciated. The pizza was a bit better. It isn’t likely to win awards of be the best place you go to, but compared with other fast casual joints and delivery, it’s pretty good. The topping choices are fairly wide as well. Now that Dino BBQ has been around for a while and you have likely tried their whole menu, it’s nice to have more choices around the Prudential Center.

Horrible service. 2 people got their order. 2 didn't. Waitress had a very poor attitude. Manager just shrugged. They acted like the worst amateurs. Avoid this place at all costs!

I have never felt anymore sick from food. I ordered the devils burger and the disco fries. When i got my order, not only did it take about 45 mins to get my order but when I did it was cold and my fries were soggy and the burger was untastfully spicy. I could not even finish it.
