I went to Menzel Violin store today and was really happy that I did. I am new to the violin and was looking to just replace the violin bow that came with my student violin and ended up leaving this establishment with a wealth of knowledge and complete satisfaction in the assistance that I was offered by Mo. She went above and beyond with helping me out and answering all of my questions. I would without a doubt recommend this store to anyone and will definitely be a returning customer.
