The lady there wad rude and very prejudice. Didn't like her sale and social skills

I had the WORST experience at this Store. I never came back after this happened:

I went in with my boyfriend and wanted to try their new flavors, so they gave us two small sample cups.
It was busy that day, so we figured we'd try the samples and wait for the cashier to give us more cups, but they couldn't since it was so crowded and busy. We were short on time, and so we just reused the cups.

Out of no where a lady walks up to us and tells us we can't do that. So I asked her why, she snapped back at me "because it's against a health code!". When inquiring how, she again responded angrily, "because you ate from the cup and it touches the dispenser!" But that isn't how I was pouring it in, I held my cup lower and just let the icecream break off on its own into my cup. When explaining this to her, she raised her voice, interrupted me and said, "excuse, did you speak to the cashier? Because she CAN give you more" and at that moment the cashier and EVERYONE in line stared at my boyfriend and I.

I could have easily told her that the cashier was too busy to help us, but frankly I didn't care to argue with her and just turned to my boyfriend in shock and we decided to walk out. I found out later that lady was the MANAGER.

I understand there is a health code, and its important to them, but I have never been treated in such a degrading manner, with such disrespect and embarrassment in their store all at once. Is it so hard to tell that information to someone kindly? Or EVEN INTRODUCE YOURSELF AS THE MANAGER?? Instead of accosting us and scolding us like children?

I used to love this store, recommend this store, and now I am never going back with anyone.
