Be ready for pushy salespeople and a dishonest return policy. I was going out of town and called to tell them not to tailor something. They took my name and promised the work would not be done. When I returned from away I found that the work had been done, they apparently had no record of my call, and they insisted upon charging me for the tailoring. The manager, Irv Wright, made excuses and refused to handle the matter to my satisfaction.
