Customer service is terrible and after spending over $1,000 in suits and accessories, I left there feeling like I had just been taken for a ride. I think that's going to be my last shopping experience at this particular store. I've shopped here in the past because it's convenient and close to where I live, but I'd rather make the drive elsewhere and receive better customer service AND better deals!

Had suit adjusted 3 times still wasn't happy had to bring to my own tailor before Bros wedding.. white shirt was a fat bucket and top button snapped as soon as I put it on..customer service was good but tailor and suits r garbage.im bring it back late better not give me crap.

Imagime that you goto banana republic and buy discounted set.of suit under $150, that quality is 10 times better than renting tuxedo from here.

their tux selection is terrible and they have no fitted shirt options in the tux package. they also try to get you to rent their socks! you need to make sure you ask them NOT to include that in the price. i only go there because my buddies force me to get my tux from there.

The positive review was clearly written by someone who works there. This place sucks, the workers act like you're ruining their day by shopping at their store. Worst customer service I've seen in quite a while.
