and professional they help in our closing and made the move and introduction to the community quite pleasant , this was a refreshing change from our previous homeownership here in a New Jersey as you know first impressions are of a lasting one and we certainly appreciate the professionalism that was exhibited by the company's management department overall

Mem property management has been great! My community finally wised up and have been under the Mem property management for about 3 years now.
Ever since the change, the service is much better than before. The personnel is courteous and fair, and they are always there for me when I need them. They return calls, follow up, are very professional and so far I have not had any complaints! I appreciate Mem property and all they have done for me.

Our Board finally wised up and completely changed management a couple years back to mem property management owned by Martin Laderman and it's like night and day from where we were. With the previous mgmt companies not only did it seem as if we had a different manager every month, but they all acted as if they had to "deal with" us and were universally rude/hateful, unprofessional, and absentee. One of the only decent managers that they assigned to our building told me that even though they had only been with us for a month, they were looking to get out and had applied at other companies because of "internal issues" that their company was having with their national companies.

On a better note... Though I had heard of them, I had no experience with mem property mgmt prior to them managing our association, though I have served on two different Boards; BUT I had heard good things about them from friends in other communities that were managed by them. Instead of going with another national company or one of the really large companies, I guess our Board decided to try a local company instead. THANK YOU! Our new manager (Anthony K.) is amazing! He is very active with the building and actually handles problems that arise. I personally have called regarding issues with my unit and expected it to take weeks (or months, if ever, if it were our last company) to return my call. Anthony, the manager, called me back that same day and though he didn't have a definitive answer to my problem right then and there, he called me back to acknowledge my existence and empathize with me about the issue, which is more than any of us living here have ever received from our previous management. I appreciated some kind of response even if he didn't have the solution at the moment. Oh, and maintenance was out the next day to look at problem and they returned to fix it the following. We have been with Mem for a couple years now and have had nothing but pleasant interactions and overall experiences with not only our manager, but their main office as well - Rosa, Danny and Matthew. If you are considering changing management, I would highly recommend Mem property management.

I was referred to MEM property management by a friend as things weren't working out with my current property management company. Quick & thorough answers, exactly what I was looking for. No complaints whatsoever they're doing a great job. Easy to work with & efficient, solve any issue quickly & proficiently. The whole place looks better & I can finally put my mind at ease, safe in the knowledge that they're doing a great job. Highly recommended from me, keep up the great work!
