First things first; A ripoff place, total disappointment, liars, fake smiles, and the problem never get solved. DON'T GO HERE people.
(I end up fixing my car problem in a different shop in 5min and for FREE!!)
My experience: I went for tires light to be reset, sure we will get it off. Pay $104 for plugging a "computer".. Then he said:
drive it for a 100 miles and come back, we will check it again for free. and I am covered for a second check up, I drove 100 mile the tire light never went off. I called early morning to tell them I'm coming to the shop for a the check up.. He said: we are too busy!! I went back on Monday he said to pay an additional $199 before touching my car!!! What!!! I refused..
If I had time I would sue them for ripping off people without fixing there problems

Had an exhaust issue. They clearly explained what was needed and performed the work quickly and at a fair price. Recommended.

Very professional service. I have a Mercedes 300SD and needed a completely new exhaust system. Even though it's a 35 year old car - all parts were available and the job was done on the same morning! I can highly recommend this shop!!!

Garbage. Location is dirty, waiting room looks like something out of a horror movie, and the guy who I assume is the owner is condescending and ridiculous. Charged me over $220 for "custom bent pipes" and "labor intensive" work, which was simply just cutting out a muffler and replacing it with a straight pipe on a Dodge Charger. In the end, it took the guy TEN minutes to cut them off, and another FIVE to weld back on 2 pipes they had LYING around the shop. There was no custom anything and it was about as intensive as sitting down. I passed by 2 other Meinekes later on that day and both confirmed they generally stock a wealth of pre-mandrel bent pipes for a variety of applications and it shouldn't cost more than $100 to do. A plethora of people on a Charger forum I frequent said the same and paid ~$120 for the same job. You can tell this place is up charging 1.5-2x over to stay afloat because they seem to always be empty.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I just got my shocks replaced and other things. When I take my car to get fixed - anywhere, I always feel nervous because you don't know what's actually wrong until the mechanic looks at it. It's like watching a loved one go into surgery and then waiting in the lobby for the doctor to come back with the prognosis. Sam's knowledge of cars made me feel relaxed and comfortable. He was straight up and honest with me. While my car went through the free inspection, I waited in the small office with Sam's wife. She, too, made me feel welcomed and relaxed. She informed me that Sam has a background in engineering, so he knows machines and their parts. My car also needs a new coat of paint on the hood. Sam also has a body shop next door and gave me a great quote on that! They also do tires, which my car also needs. His price was, again, really good!. Bottom line, this place is the real deal. They are really fair and reasonable and not out to screw you over.
