Had Rear upper control arm installed,06 Jeep Liberty, after 1 month ball joint came loose, instead of pressing ballpoint in , it was hammered in, had 2 buy new arm,, won't b going back there

They sent me a reminder e mail and also a phone call about my inspection about to expire. I was able to book an appointment for 2 PM, showed up at 1:30 and was out of there before 2:15 PM. Service with a smile and excellence. Thanks Frank for your great service.
