Besides buying a pair of 600$ for my son and a pair 365$ For my self , I decided to get my daughter a pair of glasses and the arm fell off I went back in to doc and they say there is nothing to be done? No warranty?! For my daughters dolce gabanna frames that were $325 cash ?
Very very bad business and you don't get any more of my hard earned cash!
Regret buy anything there at all
And my glasses that are Bvlgari seem to pop out every month although I keep them as new !

Horrible service!!! There is no relationship between the Dr. and patient as there is a different Dr. every day. When I call to request the Dr.s license # for a DMV form they refused to give it to me because the front desc didnt know which Dr. had provided the test. This Vision Center forces patience to take unnecessary tests to bill their insurances or the patient. when a patient tells them they just want the exam and not all the other tests they dont allow for the patient to see the optometrist.

Place is horrible. Complete RIP OFF
Besides the fact they took tons of money from my insurance for making me take extra exams I didnt need and insisted on not having, they made me pay extra after everything. Told me to pay extra for a special glass. I ended up paying since they kept saying how badly I need them, just to find out they put regular lenses when I went into a different optical to fix my glasses. You would think you would get what you pay for, NO! They didnt even set the glasses to my face. I come to pick them up after weeks of waiting and without any hesitation, they start negotiation for more money. The nerve of these people. Also, the lenses they give are the cheapest quality. They start to change colors after a couple of months. Do yourself a favor and go to a different optical, ANY optical would be better than this place.

They are very professional and punctual.

Very very disappointed, They are very friendly to get you to spend $750 on a pair of glasses but when I went to pick up mine they did not bother to even adjust the glasses to my size , had to take it to another place and have it adjusted. PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not go there. Rude , Money hungry and after they get your money they do not give a damn about you ,My worst experience ever
