SCAMMED ME! On January 5 2015, I ordered a pack of Pulmo-Aide filters from their online store to be shipped in Canada. Order number : #1005 They took my money but never shipped it. On March 5, after TWO months, to tell them that the filters had never been shipped and asking them to look into it. I waited 16 days for them to reply. Nothing. So I called my credit card company to open a dispute, but they told me to try to contact the buyer first because opening a dispute was a big hassle and that it was easier to try to sort things out with the buyer first. So I contacted them again by email on March 21. Still no reply. I finally decided to call. The guy I talked to was named Melvin. First, he told me that they would ship them. But upon telling him my address, he said that they didn't ship in Canada (even though their website allowed me to enter a Canadian address and they took my money!!!). So Melvin said that he would issue a refund and that he would call me back next week. He never called back. I got sick and things happened. After a month, I called my credit card company again to open a dispute, but they told me that I was out of the time window allowed to open a dispute... ugh. So I called at Medstop a second time. I first talked to a lady (Leslie) who told me to call the day after at around 10:00/10:30 a.m. to talk with the manager/boss. So I did. Again, they said that they would issue a refund and give me a call later that week. They never called back. I got scammed out of $38.59, which when you are on disability, IS A LOT. DO NOT order from them!!! They can't be trusted!!!! Medstop : If you are reading this, issue my damn refund and I will remove this review! The billing name is different from the name used in this review so don't look for the purchase under this name.
