My father's doctor sent this company all of the documents, Rx and information needed. The Rx had a small typo that was cleared and explained to them by the nursing home. It didn't matter how the nursing home reached out to them to fix the situation. They refused to accept the changes made as my father sat at home without oxygen gasping for air. Their response was that he can go to the emergency room if he needed oxygen.
This has to be the worst of all companies. Go somewhere else!
UPDATE: I'm waiting for Medstar to call me back so I can tell them that we won't be doing business anymore. RiteCare decided they will take on my dad's case.

This company is totally and completely dysfunctional. I have NEVER seen such incompetent customer service and for a shop which delivers medical supplies this is completely unacceptable. I have been waiting for OVER A MONTH for an order which should have been delivered in 2-3 days. If I could give negative stars I would.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I normally do not make reviews, for them I made an exception. The representatives are rude and not knowledgeable. They keep you on hold for more than 30min during normal hours. Then when you are first in line you are often hung up on, or sent to a full voice mail box. If I could find the owner and write them a letter about how horrible their service is I would. I am in the process of switching providers after dealing with this for five months. I will be making a formal complaint. I can not believe this is a company that sells medical supplies.

If I would read the reviews before ordering my rolllator, I wouldn't do it. But, I was lucky. 2 days after this firm received by fax my doctor's prescription, I had in the morning the rollator delivered at home. On the phone the person was very kind.
So, excellent product and service, I'm very happy with my rollator.

Most dysfunctional company in America. Every time i call them, i speak to a different person. they won't return my calls. they told me the insurance has paid for my item, but the insurance told me they never even got claim. every story is different. i was supposed to get it on 9-11. it didn't come, so i called on the 14th, and was told it was coming the next day. it didn't. so i called the manufacturer, and they won't even get back to them. btw, the manufacturer told me they never received an order from Medstar for my item. so Medstar is lying big time. HORRIBLE COMPANY. find another to deal with.
