I had an excellent experience here, and would recommend it to anyone. On a Monday evening, I had practically no wait. The entire process, including getting a tetanus shot and getting my prescription filled across the street, was less than 20 minutes. Plus, every member of the staff was warm and polite.

Two extra bonuses: this place is open after 8pm, which almost none of the other urgent care clinics are, and the medical director is a long-time ER doc who seems very invested in quality care.

Went after work around 6:30pm. The wait time was no longer than 20 minutes. Friendly staff and knowledgeable, polite, ER Doctor treated me within 5 minutes after vital checks and tests. Prescriptions were called in to a nearby pharmacy and was able to pick them up after my discharge. Overall quick and efficient; highly recommend if you have a medical situation in need of immediate attention.

This rating went up because the billing was rectified! Now I only owe $75. My old review: "Unfortunately the doctor sent me to the emergency room because they were closing. It ended up I did not need to go to the emergency room. On top of that the staff told me my insurance was accepted and it was not. I paid my $50 copay and even though the uninsured rate is ultimately $75 more - for "special services" which I guess means 2 minutes with a physician - they billed my insurance company and now me $300! Better to pretend you are uninsured and send the bill to your insurer afterwards.). I have read the last sentence and see there is some consensus on this point.
