After suffering a broken leg, I needed to rent a power lift recliner. Mediplus was very professional and quickly responded to me. They offered free delivery and I had my chair within a day. The delivery person set up the chair and showed me how to use the attached control device. Everyone I dealt with at Mediplus were very pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend their company.

What a pleasure dealing with MediCarePlus! All of the people I dealt with were knowledgeable, well spoken, and had friendly, caring personalities. They made a huge difference for us in a difficult situation. My 80yr old mother was trying to cope with a big change providing in-home care to my 92 yr old father who had fallen and injured himself. Circumstances at the rehab center caused his release date to unexpectedly be moved up on very short notice. We had to scramble to obtain a hospital bed and geriatric chair, and have everything installed before he came back home. Within 24 hours, everything was set! I was so impressed by the way the staff worked with me and patiently helped my mother. The installer made sure she was comfortable operating the electric bed, the air pump, and the chair.
