Dr. Dull is an excellent doctor. I have been seeing him well over ten years and although he is frequently late, I would never switch him. However, I believe he should make better choices in hiring his office staff. Recently I was in the office and a middle aged woman introduced herself stating she managed the office. I was appalled by her unprofessional appearance and actions, as she spoke to me she was chewing gum in an offensive manner. I find this unacceptable and embarrassing to the office. It is baffling Dr. Dull would employ such a person to represent his practice. I personally only deal with Stefan or Joann, they are the most helpful and courteous employees in the office. Stefan speaks Hungarian which is very helpful to me and Joann is very professional, provides great service, and is extremely caring and personable. Should you see Dr. Dull, I recommend you ask for Stefan or Joann, in my experience none of the other employees are an asset to the office.
