I have been struggling with my son's medical condition for a while and until I came across Medical Mega I always had trouble getting the supplies I need. I am a medical professional, purchased ten units of ultrasonic inserts. First they called and said they can only ship 3 units, then they shipped 3 units of the WRONG type. When called for instructions to return the units, I was met with extremely rude customer service personnel who did not even want to provide clear information for merchandise returns. I shipped out the returned units based on the information provided at my own cost and they refused to take the package and package was to me after a week. Called to verify the address and was met with, again, another rude customer service and told me to ship it again and then hang up on me! I am not sure, at this point, to sent the package again or just swallow the deal. Very bad experience!

SCAM!!! Do not do business with this company!!! They lie, don't send you what you order, and have horrible customer service. I called before I put my order in to verify that the listed price was 44 packs of 44 baby overnight diapers and 42 packs of 20 baby diapers. They said it was and that they were on sale because they were discontinued. 1 1/2 weeks later I received 42 overnight diapers and 3 packs of 18 diapers and paid $92!!! There is no way to even make these numbers fit. When I called their customer service, they refused to let me talk to a supervisor or manager. They offered me $12 off or a refund BUT I have to pay for shipping. They lied to me on the phone, didn't even send me the quantity they stated they were supposed to, made me wait on hold for an hour, and now I am out money. Do not order through Medicalmega!!!
