After being referred by my primary care Dr. her staff could not even get her own address correct. She sent me on a litany of tests without authorization from her office to my Ins carrier. I had to spend hours on the phone with her office and the Ins to straiten out the ordeal so that I can be get my tests in a timely manner for what could be pancreatic cancer! All this and then when I call to get results it has always been a run around of the Dr. is not in; shes out to lunch; shes seeing a patient; call back in 30 min then finally a she will call you back after several hours of painstaking waiting for results that she that are electronically sent to her. Then she finally gets on the phone to tell me I need more tests only to then have to repeat this excruciating cycle once again. When I complained about her staffs incompetence she would not even hear what I say. She only backs them blindly without hearing about my frustration. This godlike behavior is not acceptable. I am a new mother of a 3 month old baby and I am waiting to hear results of what could be a death sentence in pancreatic cancer should there not be some urgency or accountability?
