Went there for xray and it tooks hours with no reason as to why so long. And the tech just said sorry I'm busy too.

I just wanted to let everyone know how happy I was with my u/s done by Jolie in the Rutherford office. I am pregnant & can't tell you how nervous & upset I was that I couldn't find a facility that would accept me that week. All the other places had between 2-4 wk waits for appts. I called the office a few times and Maria and Magda were very accommodating, respectful and courteous. You really have no idea how refreshing it was to walk into a facility and have it be obvious how important patient/customer service is to them. I have nothing but great things to say about the front desk all the way to Jolie (the u/s tech). Jolie was very helpful, answered all my questions and actually put me at ease. I am very grateful for their quick & wonderful service. I will be back and I will tell everyone about this facility!

I went here in February of 2009 for service, and while the service performed was satisfactory their billing department is incompetent. A month after service I received a bill and I also received a bill in my wife's name. I have tried multiple times to call them explaining that my wife was not there on that day and did not receive this service, however they keep billing her, marking the bill now as 150 days past due.
If one department is this incompetent, who knows what mistakes they may make when performing scans.
