"Who's on First" and "Absolute Disaster" are phrases I'd use to describe Media Data Services.
Regrettably, Media has provided my business with payroll services for years. During this time, I cannot tell you how many mistakes were made. From random 401k deductions to the most extreme case, where Media "double dipped" and sat with $8,500 for two months until we reconciled our accounts! I tried contacting the owner directly by email, but was told the President nor Vice President "do email." The president/owner, Joe Fazio, responded by phone to his company's error by saying, "pat yourself on the back for finding the mistake; you're great."
If you want an accurate, reliable payroll company, my suggestion is to AVOID MEDIA DATA SERVICES AT ALL COSTS. As "charming" as some of the salespeople may be, the quality of service is abhorrent at best.
The purpose of this review is NOT to promote any other company, but rather to provide real feedback on this business.
