I think that the staff is very helpful, especially Ashley the nutritionist. I finally got rid of that extra 15 lbs I've been trying to lose on other programs! I think that I learned alot about nutrition each time I went and feel great now that I met my goal! It was recommended to me by some of my colleagues in Wayne and I have also recommended it to others!

This isn't your typical weight loss program, and it's not for everyone. The diet is very strict but wow does it work. The thing that really sets it apart is the support. The staff is amazing, the location is convenient and did I say it works?? Yeah! I'm down 55 pounds already. That's 55 pounds!! Ask them to see what a pound of fat looks like it (don't worry it's not real lol), i lost 55 of those.
The other businesses and shops seem to support medi too. You can get food that meets the need of the diet, get some exercise, drop of the drycleaning and get your nails done all in the same shopping center.

I have been a patient for at least 2 years and love the diet. I have lost approximately 48 lbs and the results are amazing. I highly recommend this diet and the products that they have at the clinic.
