Mediocre costumer service. Over the phone they answer me one thing, when I arrived, they said the opposite thing. This "health professionals" need to focus more on efective communication. Good luck to the next...!

I needed a foot x-Ray after a fall and I was in and out within about 30 minutes. It was a great experience. I plan to go back in the future when I need medical services. The doctor was extremely nice and all the staff were very friendly.
Their billing is a little weird since they have a minimum amount that they require to collect, but my insurance stinks so I expected to pay that much anyway. I think it was only $50 which is great for X-rays.
Update: I've since returned for a simple cold and my wife for a similar purpose. Each time it was exactly $45.50, which is perfect- it's my normal co-insurance amount for any regular doctor visit. So they charge no more than a normal doctor but give much much better service. I also much prefer their billing method- they just charge the card once they talk to my insurance and don't bother me with bills and envelopes months later like normal doctors. I'll keep going back.

I was given inaccurate results over the phone by a male doctor at MedExpress. I picked them up and read them myself. They were clearly negative. I'm not sure what this doctor was reading. This may have been life changing. I had two tests done after this and they were both negative. I also received a bill from the lab for $800. Why would I receive a bill from the lab? They should have sent it to a lab that was in network with my insurance. After talking to the lab, they explained that MedExpress didn't give them my insurance information correctly and that's the reason that they sent me the bill. Luckily they were in network with my insurance. Rene (customer service) was very helpful. If you choose to go here, ask to see the female doctor as the male doctor is a newbie and doesn't know what he is doing.
