Meadowlands Nissan

Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced... They make up prices and try to scam you. I called and the lady gave me three different prices without knowing what exactly needed to be done to my car. I ended up not getting anything done to my car and when back to Ramsey where everything seemed like heaven. Please stay away!!!

First time ever writing a review, and I have to say I'm not proud of it. This is the worst dealership hands down. My family and I own 6 cars and this is the only dealership where customers come last... first off they are very disrespectful. Second they made me wait over a month for a part that needed to be replaced, when bringing it into service. They mentioned the part was cancelled two times. When offloading on them, they had the part come in the next day. When finally picking up my car from the dealership. I waited 2hrs to retrieve my car, they some how blocked my car in with a demo car, and lost the keys too it. So please if you decide on purchasing a vehicle at this dealership, do your self the favor and walk straight out and head to a different Nissan Dealership. These people dont care one bit about there customers

Inefficient sales personnels and managers.
They haven't paid my trade-in remaining lease for over two months now and they just ruined my credit.
Worst!!! They don't have my plates until now and it's been 65 days!
Definitely none of my families and relatives and friends will ever be buying in this place!!!

They have a total of 4.3 stars and that is completely undeserved. They are horrible.
Do not buy a car from them and do not even waste your time going in there. The salesperson
may be helpful but, the minute you go to finance, they start this big dog and pony show and you do
not get the rate that you should at all. My husband and I were given terrible financing rates and we
both have decent credit in the 700 to 750 range. I can't even imagine the shabby treatment you would
get if you had bad credit. We ended up at Parkway Toyota in Englewood and they gave us a fantastic
deal with out the added show.

On 3 Dec 2015 I took my 2015 Nissan Rogue in for an oil change plus install an auto starter for my car. My car was dropped off at 8:30 which was and appointment made prior. I had questions about the installation of the auto starter they could not answer so I requested once the compnay arrived please call me so I could address my concerns. At 2:30pm I did not hear from them so I called. They informed me that the people to install my auto starter still did not come in but they will call to find out what time they will be there. They called me back and informed me they will be there between 3:00 - 5:00pm, I reminded they to call me once they got there so I could have my questions answered. At 5:10 I received a call stating the company just arrived to do the install. They never allowed me to speak with the installer they asked me the question then went and asked them if told them I am on my way. Upon arriving at the service area I told them forget the starter because they could not do what I asked for and my car been there all day. I asked for my keys and paper work for my oil change and they said the forgot to change the oil. I asked to speak to a manager and they never offered in type of reimbursement of my inconvenient. I inform them I will never use this dealership nor recommend anyone to them because they are very unprofessional. Worst service I have ever experience.
