If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place has REALLY gone down hill. From the Dr's to the office staff. The office staff are rude and just plain brainless. The head doctor (Dr. Gerba) suggested to me that I let my daughter cry it out which I was not okay with. When ever I call for a well visit, I am NEVER able to get a doctor, only the PA or NP. They told me I would have to wait 1 1/2 weeks for a form showing proof of immunizations be sent to me when my daughter needed it for daycare in a few days. They also charged me $10 to have said form filled out. Such a joke! I also called the emergency line a few weeks back because my daughter had a 104.3 fever from a virus and I wanted to know if I should take her to the ER or just give fever meds. I never received a call back and had to call a 2nd time and even then it took 20 minutes for the doctor to call me back. When she called me back (Dr. Russ) she had a condescending attitude like I was bothering her. This is just a few stories off the top of my head!!!! There are many more!!!! This place is all about making money now!!!! I will never go here again and I don't suggest you do either!!!!!

The doctors are fine however the office staff is terrible. I called for a sick visit for my baby and was told they could not see him. I asked for an emergency place to take him and the receptionist said she did not know of any. It was a horrible experience. The woman I dealt with has been rude for months but this was the worst. You also can only book appointments 6 weeks in advance and yet it always seems like they do not have room. I would not use this office.

hate this place, we always wait an hour and they don't even remember your kid. they teat children like a number not a human...

Love this practice. Dr Gerba and Dr Rubel are my favorites. Have been going here for almost 6yrs, since my first one was born. Now my younger son is 6months old. Cannot think of going anywhere else, even though we've moved twice since we started going here. All the doctors are good. Wait times are sometimes long depending on the day and season (of course), but that is because they are SOO good. I would not want to go to a doctor who is Not busy... that should be a red flag. These guys are the best on Long Island!!!
