They have good rates for mortgages and loans, but work with them is hard. As example, I have loan with them and they sent me a letter that my payment past due, in a meantime automatic deductions from my check is set a month ago. Also I have heard complaints about their credit cards. Will try to avoid working with them even if it cost money, and will have piece of mind. Probably will consider refinance if problems continue.
