McKinley No. 10 Elementary School

The school is the smallest in it's district but don't let it's size drive you away. All teachers are supportive and welcoming. Their teaching methods are unique and different also very helpful. Teachers like Mrs.McDermott use social interactions to help make learning as easy and entertaining as possible, Mrs.McDermott teaches Social Studies for grades 6-8. Other educators and mentors in McKinley School include Mr.Pagilone and the current guidance counsel. Mr.Pagilone is a teacher who helps put a smile on children's face even if they are having a bad day. He helps spread the serious and important concept "No Bullying." Mr. Pagilone isn't the only teachers in the school that support the students and try to help solve conflicts within the students lives. Myself speaking as a current 8th grader in McKinley and spending 7 years at this school, I noticed how much positive impact this school has out towards my life. Thank you to all the teachers in McKinley who have helped make this school an amazing place.

There are rats, mice, cockroaches, and flies. There is no air conditioning and the lunches are bad. But the school´s academic program is ok.
