Just not as good as the service you get at home in the UK (scotland Edinburgh)

The staff is very pleasant and the only issue I have with the food is that they're cheap with the condiments, only 2 butters for 3 pancakes. However, the group of adults that take up all the seats and who are there every morning, are extremely annoying. They talk very loud so you can't even have an enjoyable breakfast. If this was a group of teens I'm sure they would have been thrown out a while ago.

Sometimes my food is cold, even during busy hours. I was twice (yes, twice) yelled at by a certain worker who I believe to be the weekend manager. There was a newbie cashier who took my order, and I could hear her delivering the wrong order to the manager. Trying to be nice to the newbie, I held my tongue, which was not the best idea, which triggered the first of two verbal disciplinary attacks (on separate days) from what looked to be the on-duty manager. I should also know that I've never seen that newbie worker again; I hope she has found a way better place to work. Aside from the mean manager, the other workers are very nice.

It's a slow place, even when I am only ordering a black coffee. And like others have said, double check your order; I have gotten the wrong food more than once. Also don't forget that the dive thru window is on the passenger side of your car; so if you're riding solo, be sure to pullup close enough to be able to reach over to the window--and be sure that your passenger windows are working, if not, go inside.

The place is clean. The Playscape also looks clean (too my 8-year-old in there once).

The only reason Im writing this is because of how RETARDED this McDonalds is. It never fails.... Take the drive thru and your order will be COMPLETELY wrong. Always. It's so freaking annoying. Go inside and meet the slowest workers in McDonalds history. The only reason im writing this is because of how upsetting they are
