Worst mcdonalds ever. My chicken sandwich was cooked so long there was no chicken left only breading

The Spanish Day Manager, She always on the phone, Unprofessional too laugh ,on the phone and Anoyed OMG, I'M NOT COMING BACK! !!

I know it's a bit strange reviewing a Mc Donalds because they are all "supposed" to taste the same, but I live close by this one and I must say it's absolutely horrible. Every single time I bought food there my sandwiches are either cold or the fries are stale as cardboard.
The staff can barely speak English, which makes your drive thru trip twice the time. One time I decided to add to my order as I pulled up to the cashiers window and the lady told me she couldn't add anything unless I pay and drive all the way around and re order what I wanted to add on. I mean that makes no freaking sense, who is hiring these people?!

The subpar quality of the food just adds insult to injury.

Bottom line if anyone takes a few minutes out of their time to review a McDonald's out of all places, you know it's bad. Save your trip and go to the McDonald's on hempstead ave.
