McDonald's

Took me 30 minutes for just 2 steak bagels......now going on 31 min.

its a decent place but once you order your food through the drive thru they don't get the order right most of the time.

Worst service. I ordered a large orange juice, took them 10 minutes to get it.

This morning I purchased a coffee at McDonald's located at the intersection of Broadway & Madison Ave. While waiting for my order I asked if my wife could use the bathroom. With a laugh, the cashier said I had to spend $5.35 in order to use the restroom. I asked to speak to the manager because I buy at this McDonald's every morning and I know there was no such thing of spending $5.35 to use the restroom. When I spoke to the manager, very rudely she said my wife could not use the restroom unless I spent more money. There was a spanish cleaning lady there and I explained to her what I was told by the other employees and said she would open the door for my wife. When the lady tried to buzz my wife in, she was yelled and threatened by the other employee not to let her use the bathroom. Being embarrassed and upset about this I called Paterson Police to make a complaint. Unit 103 came and took my info and said they would pass it on to their supervisor.
The way we was treated, I believe this was a racial issue beings my wife is white and I am hispanic.
