Unclean. Staff should wear gloves. I waited 7 minutes for someone to notice me, and get sauce which they forgot to give me.

I was having breakfast with my mom sitting on a booth and halfway through our meal, we saw 2 roaches next to us!!! We quickly got up and threw the remaining of our breakfast away. On our way to the front to tell somebody, we see yet another one crawling on the floor. Ugh so disgusting. Never ever going there again!!!!!

Waited in line for about 15 minutes. I order a southwest salad, I ask for extra dressing which I was charged for and I have the manager come outside literally giving out orders to the cars instead of there being a smooth line. I ask for a sweet tea, I get a soda. I ask for extra dressing, I get close to none. Heck, I didn't even get utensils for my salad. The fries were stone cold and weren't even filled up all the way. Horrible service. On top of making the line of customers wait, they also rush you out of line. Never going back to this location again.
