Always check when order drive thru the last 4 times they have forgotten to put one of the items in my bag: nuggets, Mcchicken, given medium instead large fries, and mozzarella sticks. I don't understand why they keep getting it wrong

Slow service, for some reason. They got enough staff, but waiting 15 minutes in line to order when it isn't crowded doesn't qualify this as "fast food"...
