Service is ok. Workers very loud

Called for delivery at 3:10pm started calling back at 3:58 only for it to keep ringing & ask me for access code. In other words they turned the phone off.. Management is to blame! & HR for hiring ppl who really don't want to work & are incapable..

I got a double cheese burger and small fries. I was embarrassed that all I had was a $20. I apologized and showed her my empty wallet and a twenty. I was given my change which I graciously said thank you and apologized again. Then I counted my change and looked at my receipt. Two dollar menu items surely shouldn't cost me over six dollars! I immediately stepped back up and showed the cashier my receipt and the change she have me. Immediately, she gave me the missing five dollars without question. Something tells me I dealt with a thief and not just mistake. Unfortunately, I have experienced this at both McDonald's in Inwood. Check your food and count your change. Especially if you don't speak Spanish (I don't speak but understand and half the staff talk shit) and they give free food to their friends and steal the balance from non-Spanish speakers..

It's my neighborhood Mac that stays open 24/7 that never takes long. What do you want. Breakfast all day!

Location tends to be ratcheted the type people aloud to hang out there way after they finsh eating, workers aloud this kid's come ridding there bikes.workers can be rude along with manager it's run un like a place of business. And I worked in that field. ..here sat 6/29/13 it took 25 1/2 min to responded to use rest room by this manager by the name of Maria this happened at 8:38 pm poor & handling customers. And all a joke. to this manager to let someone use the restrooms this was the manager on said date.....
