McDonald's

Every time I go here there's long lines and long wait when there's no lines. Makes no sense. I'm the only one waiting and it takes almost 15 minutes for 2 mcdoubled. On top of that they so lazy to make any shakes that they lie and say the machines are broken. So avoid at all cause and get fast food somewhere more logical.

Well Ive Been To This McDonald's Alot Since I Live In The Area And The Day Shift People Are Rude And So Uptight But One Saturday Night I Decided To Go To McDonald's & The Lady At The Walk Threw Window Welcomed Me With Most Warmest Smile & Positive Attitude She Had To Be New Because I Never Seen Her Before And Im Used To The Rude Uptight lady One Thing I Notice Is She Was Really Working Hard Alone Doing More The One Thing But She Always Had The Best Attitude And Smile With Everyone I Dont Recall If Her Name Was Victoria But This Mcdonalds definitely Needs More People Like Her ..

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been. If I could I won't rate any star for it. They don't even have mayonnaise. The restroom don't have hand soaps do the table is not clean.

Its the worse McDonald's Ive ever been too. If I could, I wouldn't select any stars.
When you walk in theres only one cashier and a huge line. Then when you finally get to order after standing for about 20mins. You waiting for your order for about another 20mins. And never leave with out checking if your order is correct. You'll be arguing with the cashier on what you ordered. The outside window is terrible. One day I was walking my dog during the afternoon. I went to the outside window due to the fact I have my dog with me. They refused to take my order because the window was only used during curtain hours.
I would rather walk 6 blocks to Wendy's on 165th street on Broadway. Even at night there fast and correct with there orders.

These guys are a prime example of people that cater to there own and if you are not spanish you will know what I mean. I went here to order some food for breakfast so I stood on this long line. Apparently they closed the line and by the time I got to the front the lady taking orders walked away pulled some orders for other customers that she just serviced and never came back. After standing there for like 10 to 15 I asked is this line closed the manger says she announced that is was closed I said no you didnt and I said you saw me standing here and you said nothing. So here I go to another line and some spanish man stood on the line that I just left and here she go speaking in spanish saying thats no line and to stand over there. I was like really but you saw him but didnot see me when I was over there.
