Great Service

Pretty bad, even for a McDonald's. The ice cream machine is always broken, the staff spend more time chatting than taking orders, and (my favorite) they mark the order as completed on their unfilled-orders computer screen even if the food is still several minutes from being served. I can only assume they do this so their order wait time numbers look better.

Tl;Dr- 0/10 Don't recommend even walking by. It might infect you with immense sadness and aggravation.

This is literally the worst McDonald's I have ever had the displeasure of visiting, and here's why.

First, arriving in at 10:50 attempting to place a last minute breakfast order, I ended up standing in line for about 20 minutes. Poor guest management.

Next, a crowd of people formed surrounding the register, of individuals I would come to find were waiting for their food orders from before I even stepped inside of the establishment.

Next, a second group of individuals formed, this time of people whose orders were so inexplicably mixed up, it seemed as though the "workers" simply tossed items in a bag at random and shoved them out.

Next, the staff was the most horrendous bunch of individuals I have ever seen. A group of three associates and a manager no less, were simply congregated behind their register chatting with each other about nothing related to the line, now towards the door, and had the nerve to portray annoyance with individuals trying to place an order.

However, all of this could be forgiven, in fact, it could all even be explained, but upon finally making it to the register and placing my order, I was told there were no more mcgriddles in the store, which could have been accepted, if not for the fact that I saw the chef in the back preparing a set of mcgriddles.

This location needs new management, new staff and a new attitude, or it needs to be shut down.

It reminded me of why I stopped eating McDinakds in the first place. Come happy, Leave shamed and angry.

I went in on 03/29/2015 and had the worst experience I've ever had in a McDonald's. I ordered a 10 piece nugget large meal. Proceeded to the upstairs area, found it uncleaned, and un-kept. Opened the nuggets to find they were not golden. They were a dark brown. Looked completely burned, and gross. Took them downstairs, only to have the manager make a remark to the cooks, that I thought they were burned. She told me, they were all like that because of the oil. Like that's supposed to be better. You're using dirty oil, that's disgusting. I asked for refund, and she refunded me only the nuggets. I didn't puss the issue further, although my 6 year old nephew said the fries were cold. Will never go again.
