McDonald's

Great customer service. The gentleman taking my order was so polite and patience when ordering. I felt I was in another restaurant. Forgot the person name to let McDonald's know they have a good person working for them.

Slowest service. I wait on average 12 minutes every morning even with nocars in front of me. I'm at the window currently leaving this review they are so slow. I'm chosing to go to another morning breakfast spot. Not worth the time after these last few occurrences

Great food and the service was outstanding.

This McDonalds consistently has the slowest service of any McDonalds around.

I've been to this McDonalds a number of times and tonight was no different from the rest.

There's always an issue with the drive thru--either the line is ridiculous or something weird happens with the order. Tonight was no exception. We sat in front of the call box for a little too long before my husband said, "Hello?" A guy told us to move up to the next call box. Weird, right?

Well the hot chocolate I was hoping for didn't quite materialize as I'd imagined--lukewarm soapy tasting water was what I got. While I've never indulged in soapy water, it's the only way I can describe it.

This is just the latest in a series of food missteps experienced from this McDs which includes ice cream filled up so high to the top of the lid, that when I took the lid off, there was no way the ice cream was going to stay there and of course, drip down/fall off onto the car floor or better yet, the parking lot.

I distinctly recall last year's carmel hot chocolate as quite less than good.
