Got to the drive threw at 5:25am on a Saturday before work it's 5:45 and still waiting to order by far the worst mcdonalds in New Jersey..everyone in jersey city knows this mcdonalds sucks even after they just renovated it worst staff ever slow uneducated and do not care about the customer i never met the manager but I'm sure they are just as bad as the staff you figured they where so bad before they renovated the place that after they would hire a whole new staff but no thy continued using the same horrible staff the owner of this mcdonalds should be embarrassed it's a disgrace how horrible this place is..they act like it's the customers fault they work at mcdonalds horrible horrible place is suggest going to any other McDonald's or really anywhere else in general

Worst Mcdonalds Experience EVER!!!!!! DO NOT EAT THERE. I REPEAT DON'T EAT THERE!!! The service is horrible. The food is either undercooked or burned. The staff there are Madd Ratchet. Their all most likely high school dropouts or crackheads. They were so illiterate it was sad. It made appreciate my mom a little for not let to not letting me hang around these ignorant people. Stay In School Kids!!!! That's all I have to say honestly....

Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. The manager is the worst offender and seems to have a vendetta against everyone, especially those who use the drive thru/has an incorrect order. Beware of the drive-thru after midnight, as they will ONLY allow patrons to order large combo meals. Of course, for those who do not know, the staff has a colorful way of letting hungry customers know of their illogical business practices. S T A Y A W A Y. Anyone wishing to go to McDonald's in Jersey City is better off going to the newly remodeled (and slightly less nauseating) McDonald's on Grand Street.

Service here sucks! First time I went I asked for ketchup and got like 2 packets and they forgot my straw no napkins in bag. Second time I went it was a different shift but I had to ask for a straw, I got back home to eat and my hashbrown is missing smh.
