I went inside and ordered two lunches to go. It looked like everything was there. When I got back to my office I discovered the cinnamon melt I had paid for was not in the bag. I complained through their website then got a call from a manager. She asked me why I had not come back for the cinnamon melt. If I had that kind of time I would not have bought lunch at McDonalds. She said to save the receipt so we could get the cinnamon melt free on our next visit. Then they shortchanged us ... again. They make frequent mistakes especially at the drive through window and on takeout orders. And most of the mistakes are in their favor, not the customers.
