Went to use the restroom and an employee was texting and standing in the way of the sink and finally moved after I said excuse me. Then I went to wait in line, got cut by a lady and her rude child that poked my stomach. Kept waiting for my turn then someone who knows an employee comes in and they serve him before me. I don't care if you know someone behind the counter. Wait your turn. Worst customer service I've experienced.

The girl at the first window was very pleasant and had a big smile on her face. The woman at the second window messed up my order. It took her 3 minutes to realize I was still sitting their because she was too busy texting to get a simple 3 item order correct.

I have lived in this town for years and this mc donalds has always sucked. the all managers and most of the employees actually. Nothing is ever done right but when its corrected its at the expense of hissed teeth and rolled eyes.
