According to McDonald's this is one of the ten McDonald's that have the best service. It's not real. I have been here several times and the service is never good. Sometimes it's actually fairly bad. It's also much more expensive than other nearby McDonald's, include the two in the uptown Manhattan.

The staff on counter is so SAD looking and just not interesting in their customers and the manager was on the top of them looks like he's going fight someone. ...

Rude obnoxius hideous workers that dont tolerate and respect others. Employes cant even take correct orders. The manager cant handle situations. You call this a 24 hour drive tru? than why are your booths closed? Nice restaurant but these workers dont deserve a workplace like this!

My fiance and I came here on a Saturday night to get something quick to eat. The guy who took our order was really slow. I was able to finish my reese Mcflurry before my nuggets and fries were ready. I had to ask for sauces, ketchup, and napkins because he seems to forget everything.
I'm not expecting gourmet but there needs to be come order in this chaotic Mickey D's
