Ordered 20 Pieces of nuggets and slew of other items for friends as we just came back touring the city. Thankfully we dined in that night. Randomly I decided to count my order of nuggets that night because I had a funny feeling and something felt off, turned out,I only received 15!!! This is an outrage to fast food service , I went to address the issue at the counter, and was complemented the remainder of my chicken nugget order... Fries were not fresh, but that does happen. But a miscount on nuggets ordered. Definitely not...
-Management should take note of this, which is the reason for my post

The service is much better than most McDonald's nearby. The food is usually fix.

Drive-through line is way too long considering that they have two lanes. They need to consider using the pay here window and the pick up window on Friday and Saturday nights.

I honestly belive that the store gives me everything I ask for. Good service and great food.
