Always a wait...even when there is only one person on line. Staff has no sense of urgency.

A lot of people go there for their break or lunch and only have a limited time to get something to eat.

A few employees see to hustle but a majority walk around at a snails pace and B.S.

Even an Iced Coffee takes 10 minutes!

Went for breakfast and got charged twice because cashier obviously does not know what she is doing. During this time the manager or whatever she is are have a morning chit chat and laughing with three other people that are suppose to be working.
