Horrible customer service, not trying to be messed up but the indian girl with the glasses has an attitude, i only come here because is close to me.

Horrible my MC wrap looked like crap put together the size of a snack wrap. My fries were cold with hair in them and then they changed them to even colder fries. Manger gave me a stank face while changing them. I work at a mc donals i know how they work this was horrible. My mozzarella sticks had some yellow sauce rather then the actually mozzarella sticks there was one decent employee the others were horrible nice blonde girl took my order should have asked for a name but other then that this place should just close or hire better people.

Staff are all lack of training. Long wait, poor service. Apparently even the manager need more training to run the food FASTER!!!

It took 20 min for getting a coffee. All staffs are rude and impolite to all customers, especially old asians (non fluent english speaker) all the time I visited (weekly). A manager does not teach, control staffs to care of customer satisfaction.

No exaggeration, it took 20 minutes for me to get in, wait in line, get 2 iced coffee and 2 sandwiches, and get out.

Kitchen people went missing when there's 8+ customers waiting in the lobby. Manager was not managing just taking her time restocking cups, chatting with another lady (prob another manager, judging the way she wore) about finding a missing $20 bill and how mornings are slow (right?). The manager did occasionally getting some coffee in an untimely manner and bump into the one poor girl who was doing register, running food, making drinks and everything.

MANAGER! READ THE HANDBOOK! I'M SURE THERE'S ONE. Utilize your people and have 1 register, 1 runner, 2 kitchen. I've done it before. It's not rocket science.

HORRIBLE. Stay away from this horrible managed restaurant.
