Waited at the drive thru window for 15 mins... No one took our order... When we FINALLY drove around to the pickup window, we were asked " did you order the 2 big macs" REALLY??? Just left without ordering... Staff seemed totally indifferent, never again

Second McD I go to that the milk shake machine is not working. Fix it or lose customers.

the staff had very bad attitude! in both places McDonald and Starbucks next door (same management) have restrooms shut down!!! they said: it is plumbing issue! and this situation it was for more than a week! (maybe that`s the game) not ever going there anyway.
I cant understand how they are allowed to run a business like this?
I thought I was in any third country!!!! had a feeling like they just robing customers in there. you pay for a service you don't get it in there. want to wash MY hands so I can eat my sandwich and when ask for restroom they answer with attitude.
